Empowerment Coaching for Individuals
• Intake- In this two-hour session, we'll determine where you are and where you are going. Then we'll create an action plan to get you to your goal. The Jim Gahen Empowerment Supply Company Owner's Manual is included.
• TeleCoaching- A weekly 30-minute TeleCoaching session over 4 weeks. We apply, implement, stretch and practice different behavior to get the desired results.
Empowerment Coaching for Entrepeneurs with Employees
• Intake- In this two-hour session, we will uncover your leadership style and its effects on your team. The initial assessment meeting covers goals, objectives and strategies. Follow-up TeleCoaching is recommended.
• TeleCoaching- Weekly follow-up coaching sessions to apply, implement, stretch and practice different behavior to get the desired results and monitor improvement. There are 34 consecutive 45-minute sessions.
• Empowerment Manual for Employees- This manual includes powerful clues to getting more out of oneself and for oneself.

Executive Empowerment Program
Through this Executive Coaching Program, you will understand your leadership style and its effects on the team. The initial assessment meeting covers goals, objectives, strategies and is followed by an Observation Day in the office with an evaluation and recommendation. Follow ups are done and improvement is monitored. This program includes:
